PSA CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. is a professional corporation founded in 1971 which celebrated 50 years of service to the industry this year. PSA is a full-service firm providing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design and construction period services.
Today, PSA is managed by Mike Fair who has been with the firm since 1987. Mike most recently managed the firm with Jeni Fair who he worked with for over 35 years.
At present PSA is licensed in, and practice in Oklahoma, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Kansas, Texas and others.

Michael J. Fair, PE, President. A mechanical engineering graduate of the University of Colorado (1984), Mike Fair is well-versed in system software capabilities and has creatively networked the company’s computer system to maximize productivity. He also serves as the Director of Governmental Affairs, where he produces and manages state, federal and local governmental contracts. Mike has been a member of ASHRAE since 1979. With 35 years experience, his project resume include mechanical engineering designs for hotel and entertainment facilities, institutional, commercial office buildings, historical preservation, sport venues and natatoriums. Mr. Fair is currently licensed in eleven states.
