Integris Medical Center : BMC Campus - Located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This facility of over 300,000 sq.ft. in size has been located at the intersection of NW Highway and N. Independence in Oklahoma City since 1964. In the early 90s, the administration undertook a bold new renovation and updating of almost the entire facility. Over the next 15 years, PSA provided MEP Design and Construction Administration service for almost every project and every floor exept for a small area on the first floor level. The revisions also included extensive HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical revisions and all was accomplished without anyunplanned outages as healthcare continued to be provided in the facility 24/7. Major additions included a new Outpatient Laboratory at the SE side of the facility, Womens Center and Surgery Additions on the north side, the addition of a new ten story medical office building at the SW part of the site and a new parking garage on the west side of the site. A separate new NE Electrical Vault was added to provide a new electrical source of ver high quality power through an extensive arrangement of new and relocated emergency generators and static switches.
